1. DRIVE: First Gear is a blended training program for new hires with on-the-job activities detailed in an interactive magazine-quality book. DRIVE: First Gear is designed to quickly develop new coworkers into contributing members of a store without sacrificing any quality or critical knowledge.


2. DRIVE: Second Gear provides new hires with a deeper understanding of the complexities of the rent-to-own transaction and how to work with rent-to-own customers to provide a great customer experience while maintaining a profitable business.


3. Rent-To-Own University (RTOU) is a rigorous management and leadership program hosted in Plano, TX. Store managers attend a weeklong event in which their leadership skills are honed as they are challenged to excel. Our RTOU facilitators have over 90 years combined of RTO management experience.
